I trained as a dancer in NYC and danced in several regional ballet companies in the USA before changing to musical theater and working on Broadway with Bob Fosse. Fosse awarded me a scholarship to the Strasberg Institute, which turned my vision towards acting and lead to being cast in plays off Broadway and in the UK.

I discovered physical theater in the UK and subsequently that is the underlying philosophy of my work as a performer, choreographer and writer.

I reside in NYC with my husband.
